Our first Virtual Event was a success!
Our 6th Annual Courage Triathlon was a big success! Thank you so much for taking part in this fun event, running so she doesn't have to. We are so excited to continue the virtual option for races in the future, in addition to the in-person races when they are safe to host! Normally the Courage Triathlon is held at Lake Almanor in Northern California. We were excited to see that some participants still went there to do it on their own. It was great to see people all over the nation participate in this race!
Thank you to all who participated, volunteered, and sponsored the event! You are making a difference in the fight against trafficking, helping us care for our girls. Together, we raised $18,278!
The girls at Courage House Tanzania had a fun sports day in honor of the triathlon. They were so encouraged that they were joined by people across the world. Some of the girls want to train for a real triathlon next year!
All of the girls were awarded medals for their participation in the sports day. Below is a picture of our youngest girl receiving her medal!
We're gearing up for an incredible race next year. We look forward to seeing all of you then! But in the meantime, we will be hosting our annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving virtually! A fun event for the whole family.
Thank you to our donors, who make what we do possible. Click here if you'd like to make a one-time or recurring donation, to support trafficking victims at Courage House!
P.S. We also take checks! You can mail your donation to 3031 Stanford Ranch Rd., Suite 2, #339, Rocklin, CA 95765
