Paying off the bridge loan for the initial property purchase.
We are thrilled to share we've already secured $450,000 in public and private support, including a generous grant from Washoe County. Even more exciting, a $750,000 bridge loan made possible by a supporter has allowed us to purchase our Nevada home—setting the stage for permitting, budgeting for opening operations, and beginning construction on three additional cottages.
