RENO, NV — July 20, 2025 — The Board of Directors of Courage Worldwide, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary Aldridge as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With this strategic addition to the executive team, Courage Worldwide reaffirms its commitment to financial transparency, strong fiscal oversight, and sustainable organizational growth as it expands its global mission to rescue and restore children who have been sold for sex.
A seasoned financial executive with over three decades of experience, Gary Aldridge brings a wealth of knowledge in accounting, business valuation, and fraud examination. He holds an MBA from the University of Alabama and professional credentials including CPA, CVA, and CFE. Gary currently consults with business owners to help them grow their companies for future sale and is completing his first book, Build for Sale!, expected to publish by the end of 2025.
In addition to his professional achievements, Gary’s life is deeply rooted in faith and service. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards supporting inner-city ministries. He has participated in mission work across Ukraine, Belize, and Turkey—and now, his heart is aligned with the work of Courage Worldwide, helping child survivors of sexual exploitation reclaim their futures.
“Gary is not only a financial expert, but also a man of deep integrity and compassion,” said
Corry Thornton, Chairman of the Courage Worldwide Board. “His leadership will help ensure
that Courage continues to operate with excellence, transparency, and the highest standards of stewardship as we prepare to launch Courage House Northern Nevada.”
Founded over 20 years ago, Courage Worldwide is not a small or emerging nonprofit—it is a
globally recognized organization with a proven model of holistic care for trafficked children in the U.S. and East Africa. The addition of a dedicated CFO reflects the organization’s intentional infrastructure and long-term planning to responsibly grow its impact.
Gary Aldridge is also in the process of launching his own nonprofit, Grow2Give, which will equip Christian business owners to increase their giving capacity by growing their business value. Courage Worldwide is honored to be one of the ministries Grow2Give will support.
“From its inception, Courage Worldwide has been intentional in ensuring financial transparency and best practices. As part of our 20th anniversary, our plans included identifying a CFO who will take us to the next level of maturation as an organization, ready to fulfill our mission of prototyping the Courage House program so that thousands of identified victims can have a safe place to heal,” said Jenny Williamson, Founder and CEO of Courage Worldwide. “Join us in welcoming Gary to this vital leadership role.”
“I am honored and thankful to be a part of the important work of Courage Worldwide. I hope that in some small way I can help CWW continue to expand to care for more trafficked youth," shared Gary Aldridge.
