Courage Worldwide Appoints New Chief Operating Officer to Strengthen Strategic Growth on its 20th Anniversary

RENO, NV — August 1, 2025 — Courage Worldwide, and internationally recognized organization dedicated to providing safe homes and holistic care for children rescued from sex trafficking in the U.S. and East Africa, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Chief Operating Officer (COO), Matt McCarthy.
Matt is the Founder & President of Questful Consulting. He has been a strategic advisor and organizational consultant for over 20 years. Matt brings a systems-oriented approach to growth. Matt holds an MBA with an emphasis in strategic leadership and is known for his ability to translate big picture vision into sustainable, day-to-day operations.
This strategic position has been established to ensure a robust foundation for the organization's ambitious growth as it celebrates its 20th year as a 501(c)3.

This role is crucial to supporting Courage Worldwide's mission of rescuing and restoring lives by creating stable environments where children can heal, thrive, and reclaim their futures.
